TE Connectivity for Adobe Systems
Communique 5.4; Sling/CRX (JCR/OSGi); Java; JSP; Translations.com integration;
Will spent 10 months from October 2010 through July 2011 as technical lead for an incentive to build a newly branded site using the Adobe CQ 5.4 content management platform. Will saw this project through discovery, technical design and implementation, leading a team of three Adobe developers in addition to about 5 TE resources. Over the course of 10 months and 3 major deployments, the new system went from being a pilot project, hosting only one small branch of TE's site, to being a fully adopted content management solution with full translation and localization support as well as hosting the majority of TE's content pages, and integrating with all their applications sitewide.
